We Are How We Sleep...

You've heard of "Spirit Animals", but are you familiar with "Sleep Animals"?  That's right, sleep specialists have identified four chronotypes, named after various animals, that describe most people's relationship to sleep.  

These chronotypes - Bear, Wolf, Lion, or Dolphin- are linked to productivity, and let's face it who couldn't use more of that these days? There's an old saying that "we are what we eat", yes but I would like to add "...and we are how we sleep."  Use the chart below to evaluate your current relationship to sleep and better understand your peak times for productivity.
