Sleep is essential for a healthy lifestyle.  If you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, mindfulness is a natural and reliable way to improve your sleep (it's also more cost-effective!)

Sleep Meditation Music
Sleep meditation is a great way to relax and improve sleep. The linked recording above uses seven different frequencies that correspond with the seven major chakras to bring mental balance, which allows sleep to come more easily.

Tibetan Flute Music
This recording of Tibetan flute music is also a useful technique for fostering a deep state of peace and tranquility that is conducive for sleeping. Behind the flute music, the OM mantra is chanted.
